Our family purchased this home with one simple goal—to create a place where families can slow down, reconnect, and make memories that last a lifetime.
Like many families, we know how difficult it can be to find time together. Between busy schedules, work, school, sports, and everyday life, quality time has become more valuable than ever. We wanted to create a place where those distractions fade away and the focus shifts back to what matters most—being together.
Whether it's mornings on the deck with coffee overlooking Norris Lake, afternoons spent swimming from the dock, evenings gathered around the fire pit, or game nights with the people you love most, we hope this home becomes part of your family's traditions just as it has become part of ours.

Designed for families and friends to reconnect, this 3,500-square-foot lakefront home comfortably sleeps up to 15 guests and offers plenty of space to gather without ever feeling crowded.
Enjoy a private covered dock with a waterslide, kayaks, a fire pit overlooking the lake, built-in bunk beds the kids will love, a coffee bar, soaring 23-foot ceilings, and more than 1,200 square feet of covered decks for morning coffee and evening sunsets.
Whether you're planning a family vacation, multiple families traveling together, a reunion, or a weekend on the lake, we've created a place where unforgettable memories are made.
About the Owner
We are Keith and Abbie Cuda, a family from Ohio who fell in love with Norris Lake and wanted to create a place where families could disconnect from busy lives and reconnect with each other. The Nest Retreats is more than a vacation home to us—it's where our family makes memories, and we're honored to share it with yours.
